555ui Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "User") and 555ui ("the Company," "we," "us," or "555ui"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://555ui.cam ("the Platform"). These Terms govern your use of all services, features, games, and content made available through the 555ui Platform.

By accessing the 555ui website, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity on the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 555ui Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 555ui Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms an integral part of the agreement between you and 555ui. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional materials or bonus-specific terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by 555ui.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created on the 555ui Platform through which the Player accesses games, manages funds, and participates in promotions.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's 555ui Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds held in a separate bonus wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted to a Player's Account by 555ui, which are subject to separate wagering requirements and terms distinct from real-money Balance.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot title, live dealer game, bingo room, crash game, or other gaming product made available on the 555ui Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process by which 555ui verifies the identity and eligibility of a Player using government-issued identification documents.
• "Platform" means the 555ui online gaming website, web application, and all associated services accessible at https://555ui.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager on qualifying Games before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.

To access the full range of 555ui services, Players must create a registered Account. Registration requires the provision of accurate and complete personal information, including a valid Philippine mobile number or email address, full legal name, and date of birth. 555ui reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information submitted during or after registration.

The 555ui Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in accordance with the minimum legal gambling age applicable in the Philippines. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and that you are legally permitted to access and use online gaming services under the laws of your jurisdiction.

In addition to the age requirement, Players must (a) not be residents of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law; (b) not be accessing the Platform as an agent or on behalf of any third party; and (c) not be on any self-exclusion list, including the 555ui internal self-exclusion registry.

All financial transactions on the 555ui Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Players may fund their 555ui Account using the approved payment methods listed on the 555ui cashier page, which include but are not limited to: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, and PesoNet.

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money Account Balance subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used by the Player for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with 555ui's anti-money-laundering compliance obligations.

• KYC identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Accounts with pending KYC verification will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is approved.
• Withdrawal requests for GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to two (2) business hours from the time of approval.
• A withdrawal PIN, separate from the Account login password, must be entered to authorize each withdrawal request.
• Only real-money Balance is withdrawable. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• 555ui reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may delay processing. Such checks are conducted for the protection of the Player and the integrity of the Platform.

555ui offers a range of promotional incentives to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and VIP program benefits. The acceptance of any bonus or promotional offer constitutes acceptance of the specific terms attached to that promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

All games available on the 555ui Platform operate in accordance with the rules established by the respective game provider. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game's information panel. In the event of a discrepancy between the game displayed on the 555ui Platform and the underlying game provider's rules engine, the outcome recorded in the game provider's server logs shall be considered definitive.

In the event of a technical failure, interruption, or error during a game session — including disconnection from the internet, server downtime, or software malfunction — 555ui will endeavor to reconstruct the game state from server logs and resolve the outcome fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, any stake placed in a round that did not complete due to a technical fault will be refunded to the Player's Account Balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555ui Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21, or assisting any underage individual in accessing the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games in any manner not expressly authorized by 555ui.
• Colluding with other Players, game operators, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotional activity.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity through the 555ui Platform, including depositing and withdrawing funds without engaging in genuine gaming activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, exploit, or circumvent any security measure, software system, or game algorithm used by 555ui or its providers.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Using another person's personal information, payment credentials, or identity to create or operate a 555ui Account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 555ui staff, support agents, or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the 555ui Platform, including but not limited to the 555ui brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and text content, is the intellectual property of 555ui or its licensed third-party content providers. All such intellectual property is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 555ui Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 555ui Platform without the express prior written consent of 555ui.

555ui is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and supporting Players who may be experiencing gambling-related difficulties. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your Account settings at any time, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

Players who wish to exclude themselves from 555ui may request self-exclusion via the live chat support team. Once a self-exclusion request is confirmed, 555ui will implement the exclusion as soon as reasonably practicable and will take reasonable steps to prevent excluded Players from accessing promotional communications. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated but may be extended at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555ui shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the 555ui Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of gaming sessions, or losses arising from game outcomes.

The 555ui Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 555ui endeavors to maintain uninterrupted Platform access, it does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical malfunctions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform.

In all cases, the maximum aggregate liability of 555ui to any individual Player under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their 555ui Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

555ui reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to Players via a notice displayed prominently on the 555ui Platform and, where practicable, via email or SMS notification to registered Account holders. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

Your continued use of the 555ui Platform following the communication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting 555ui support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players accessing the 555ui Platform from within the Philippines acknowledge that their use of the Platform is subject to Philippine laws and regulations applicable to online gaming activity.

Any disputes not resolved through good-faith negotiation between the Player and 555ui shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures established in the Platform's applicable regulatory framework. 555ui encourages Players to contact the support team as the first step in resolving any account-related dispute.
